At Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Denise is responsible for leading data & analytics, business intelligence, and global credit & risk management, and has key roles in strategy, and technology. Denise led the vision, strategy, and execution to grow US originations into a strategic advantage, resulting in industry-leading automated, paperless loan originations. Denise serves on the Robotic Process Automation, and Compliance & Ethics Committees of Harley-Davidson. Previous positions included Chief Risk Officer, Veritas Auto Finance, a subprime startup, Chief Risk Officer, Merrill Lynch Business Financial Services, a small business lender, a founding member and head of Risk Management & Compliance at Merrill Lynch Capital, a middle market lender; and head of Credit Risk & Compliance at Transamerica Bank.
Denise spent 14 years at GE Capital and led the first-ever automated credit decision models in auto leasing, and was part of the M&A team that founded GE Global Consumer Finance in Europe and Asia. Denise is a past Chair, AFSA Vehicle Finance Credit Risk Committee and currently serves on the Vehicle Finance Conference Planning Committee. Board memberships include Chicago Finance Exchange and The Salvation Army of Metropolitan Chicago. Denise is a graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in Economics.
